Ladders is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager for a remote US-based position. You will drive cross-functional project management for business operations initiatives, ensuring priorities are aligned and risks are surfaced early in a fast-paced technology environment.

You will partner with customer support and operations, design performance dashboards with Tableau or similar tools, and provide leadership with weekly updates and actionable insights to improve delivery and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of project management or business operations experience in a tech environment.
• Hands-on experience with customer support and operational escalations.
• Knowledge of mobile video and mission-critical communications.
• Proficiency in project management and CRM tools like Jira and Salesforce.
• Experience managing go-to-market rollouts and technical implementations.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.

For our client, we are seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will drive cross-functional project management for key business operations initiatives, ensuring priorities are aligned, risks are surfaced early, and execution stays on track. The position partners closely with customer support and operations teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, and support technical rollouts in a fast-paced technology environment. You will also help translate data into clear leadership updates and actionable insights that improve delivery and operational performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually
