Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, program management, or nonprofit administration.
• Experience coordinating cross-department initiatives and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement strategic initiatives aligned with SHO and organizational priorities.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for projects.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Communicate priorities to staff to build understanding and engagement.
• Lead responses to staff belonging and engagement surveys and resident surveys.
