Project HOME in Philadelphia seeks a Director of Software Applications to lead the strategy for our software platforms, business applications, and data warehouse that power our mission-driven work.
You will partner with departments across the organization to modernize our application ecosystem, guide data warehouse development, and ensure technology is reliable, secure, and scalable while developing the IT team and serving as a key technology partner to senior leadership.
Project HOME is a nationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to ending homelessness and poverty in Philadelphia, providing integrated housing, healthcare, education, and employment services across the city. As Director of Software Applications, you will lead the strategy behind the software platforms, business applications, and data warehouse that power our mission-driven work, from the systems our clinical and housing teams rely on every day to the data infrastructure that helps leadership make informed decisions. You will partner with departments across the organization to modernize and manage our application ecosystem, guide data warehouse development, and ensure the technology behind our services is reliable, secure, and built to scale. This role also leads and develops our IT team and serves as a key technology partner to the VP of Information Technology and Project HOME's Senior Management Team.
