Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum six years of progressive professional experience.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in nonprofit/public health.
• Familiarity with PM tools and agile/lean approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of enterprise initiatives.
• Coordinate across Leadership Team and divisions to ensure accountability.
• Develop dashboards and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs; propose solutions.
• Support governance with meeting coordination and action tracking.
• Leverage AI-enabled approaches to improve delivery and workflows.
