Job summary

CYPFER is seeking a Project Manager to lead internal strategic initiatives in the Allen, TX area. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 3 days per week and collaboration with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Legal to translate priorities into measurable results.

You will report to the VP of PMO, drive end-to-end projects, manage risk, and help establish lightweight PM governance and templates to raise execution quality across CYPFER.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in project or program management, including leading cross-functional business initiatives.
• Proven record of delivering process improvement or operational efficiency projects with measurable results.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives end to end: define scope, goals, success metrics, timelines, and resourcing; drive to completion.
• Run a portfolio of projects: maintain a view of active initiatives, dependencies, and status; help leadership prioritize.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders: facilitate sessions, secure decisions, keep executives aligned on scope and timing.
• Measure and report outcomes: build KPIs and dashboards; deliver concise status updates and executive briefings.
