CYPFER is seeking a Project Manager to lead internal strategic initiatives in the Allen, TX area within a hybrid work model (on-site 3 days a week). You will partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Legal to translate priorities into tangible results, reporting to the VP of PMO.

The role emphasizes driving efficiency, scalability, and profitability across cross-functional programs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project or program management, strong analytical and communication skills,

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional experience in project or program management, including leading cross-functional business initiatives.
• Proven record of delivering process improvement or operational efficiency projects with measurable results.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to map processes, build KPIs, and turn data into recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and shifting priorities.

• Run a portfolio of projects with clear dependencies and status; assist leadership with prioritization.
