Job summary

Carestream Dental is seeking a Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives from concept to completion. You will coordinate across Finance, Support, Enterprise, Partnerships, Product, and Operations, working closely with the VP of Operations to ensure timely follow-through on initiatives.

The role sits adjacent to Product and Engineering, focusing on the operational and business side rather than product delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in program management or business operations.
• Experience in healthcare software, SaaS, or related industry.
• Track record delivering cross-functional projects to completion without direct authority.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to diagnose root causes and design fixes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Drive projects across Finance, Support, Enterprise, Partnerships, and Operations.
• Build lightweight trackers, dashboards, and reporting workflows in Asana.
• Own product commercialization rollouts with Global Partner and Product teams.
• Translate goals into concrete project plans with milestones and owners.
• Proactively surface risks, blockers, and decisions needed.
• Support the VP, Operations on prioritization and prep (10–20% of role).
