Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Seven years of related experience.
• Master's degree preferred; may substitute for experience as allowed by policy.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the AVP and SHWB partners to design and implement initiatives with sensitivity to the higher education landscape.
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic projects from concept to implementation, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and budgets are met.
• Lead and mentor project staff, establish division-wide operating procedures, and harmonize activities across SHWB units.
