Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the AVP and SHWB partners to design and implement new initiatives and draft briefing materials.
• Ensure timely information flow to the vice provost’s office and improve workflows and communications.
• Develop and update project plans and procedures engaging multiple SHWB units division-wide.
• Manage project scopes, including goals, budgets, timelines, and objectives.
• Create project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables and monitor progress.
• Perform analyses, benchmarking, data collection, and deliverable development for projects.
• Identify and resolve project lifecycle challenges and escalate as needed.
• Provide leadership to project managers and staff and mentor others in project management practices.
• Oversee division-wide staff engagement and executive communications plans and supervise staff development.
• Develop and manage project deliverables and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain KPIs for special projects and report progress to senior leaders.
