You will synthesize complex topics, track progress across multiple workstreams, identify risks, and elevate issues with practical options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategic initiatives, business operations, portfolio or program management.
• 1+ years of experience leading projects or workstreams, coordinating stakeholders and driving accountability in a matrixed environment.
• Experience translating strategic direction into organized execution, prioritizing competing demands, synthesizing complex topics, and driving workstreams to completion.

Responsibilities

• Support Strategic Initiatives Leader and Senior Manager in executing NVTI's priority programs.
• Translate strategic direction into well-organized execution across multiple workstreams.
• Develop senior-leader materials with guidance, track progress, identify risks, and elevate issues with mitigations.
