Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience leading projects or workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, prioritizing, and driving accountability in a matrixed environment.
• Experience translating strategic direction into organized execution, prioritizing competing demands, synthesizing complex topics, and guiding senior-leader decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic program execution across portfolio, tracking progress and maintaining visibility into priorities and owners.
• Develop materials to support senior-leader decision-making, including structured briefings, options, status updates, and draft recommendations.
• Translate governance concepts into documented processes and decision forums, supporting governance cadence and follow-through.
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement across businesses, enabling functions, and Global to align on shared priorities and communications.
