Job summary

Deloitte France seeks a Strategy and Transformation Manager for New Ventures Technology & Innovation (NVTI). You will drive portfolio programs, define execution plans, and coordinate across functions to turn strategy into action while engaging senior leaders and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a track record in management consulting or strategy roles, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy and transformation, business operations, or related discipline.
• Prior experience translating strategic direction into organized execution in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio programs with clear plans, owners, decision points, and operating rhythms.
• Coordinate across businesses, enabling functions, and Global to build alignment on shared priorities.
• Develop decision-ready materials for senior leaders and executives, synthesizing complex topics into clear narratives.
• Orchestrate stakeholder meetings and cross-functional engagements with productive outcomes.
