Job summary

Deloitte France's New Ventures Technology & Innovation (NVTI) Strategy & Transformation Team is seeking a Strategy and Transformation Manager to partner with the Strategy & Transformation Leader and NVTI Leadership to shape and execute the program portfolio touching technology, alliances, startups, and ecosystems.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives, develop decision-ready materials for executives, and manage multiple workstreams with urgency and precision under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy and transformation, business operations, portfolio management, program management, or related field.
• Experience translating strategic direction into organized execution and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Practical understanding of GenAI tools and their application to business operations.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management with clear plans, owners, decision points and operating rhythms.
• Track progress across NVTI workstreams and manage execution risks with mitigations.
• Develop reusable templates, trackers, and decision-support tools using AI.
• Coordinate across businesses and enabling functions to align on shared priorities.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and orchestrate stakeholder meetings for productive outcomes.
