Job summary

You will translate complex strategy into structured action, prepare senior-leader materials, and coordinate cross-functional efforts in a matrixed environment.

You will build stakeholder alignment, manage priorities, monitor risks, and escalate issues with actionable options to maintain pace and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 6+ years in management consulting, strategic initiatives, operations, portfolio or program management.
• 1+ years leading projects or workstreams with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed setting.
• Experience translating strategy into organized execution and senior-leader materials.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic program execution across multiple NVTI workstreams with accountability routines.
• Develop senior-leader materials, briefs, and draft recommendations for review.
• Guide governance, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement to deliver outcomes.
