Job summary

The College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy seeks a Strategic & Operations Support Coordinator to support the Strategy & Innovation Department with administrative, logistical, and project tasks across initiatives, provider relations, and community outreach.

The role also leads Lung Bus logistics, including transportation, site readiness, event setup, and coordination of mobile screening events, while balancing priorities in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record. Class A preferred, Class B with air-brake endorsement accepted.
  • Minimum two (2) years of professional driving experience.
  • Experience operating heavy-duty vehicles.
  • Experience driving a 10-speed manual transmission.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, operations, logistics, events, or administrative activities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the service area.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, focused team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate transportation and scheduling for Lung Bus deployments.
  • Support event logistics, setup, and materials for community screenings.
  • Assist with site assessments, logistics, and operational readiness for acquisitions and expansions.
  • Maintain documentation and assist with patient flow during events.
  • Collaborate with Strategy & Innovation and other departments to support initiatives.
