Job summary

AC Employment is seeking a Project Specialist to support the Executive Director and senior leadership in coordinating organizational initiatives across the campus. You will manage project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery of strategic priorities in a healthcare setting.

The role collaborates with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to implement operational improvements and track expenditures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Healthcare or related field
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements
• 3+ years’ experience in healthcare administration is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and initiatives assigned by the Executive Director
• Support the Executive Director in implementing organizational priorities and strategic initiatives
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for the Executive Director as requested
• Assist departments with the coordination and implementation of operational improvement initiatives
• Coordinate interdisciplinary meetings related to assigned projects
• Work collaboratively with clinical, operational, and administrative leadership to ensure assigned projects are completed timely
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials and action-item summaries
• Assist with communication to staff, residents, families, vendors, and other stakeholders when appropriate
• Assist with tracking project expenditures and budget information
• Serve as an administrative point of contact for vendors, consultants, and external partners involved in assigned projects.
