Chesapeake Regional Healthcare in Chesapeake, VA, seeks a Screening Coordinator to oversee daily operations of the Lung Screening Program and guide patients through the screening process.
You will work with referring offices, schedule studies, manage the Lung database, and drive program quality improvements while coordinating with clinic teams.
This role requires a minimum High School Diploma, 3 years of healthcare experience, and an LPN license; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
The Screening coordinator oversees daily operations and workflow for the Lung Screening Program. Supports all efforts related to guiding patients through the screening process. The Screening Coordinator works with referring physician offices and clinics to manage follow-up imaging tests. The Screening Coordinator manages all aspects of the Lung database including data entry, statistical reporting, and enhancements.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of progressive relevant experience in a healthcare environment. Previous experience in Pulmonary Medicine, Oncology or Diagnostic Imaging preferred.
