Job summary

NYU Langone Health seeks a Project Associate for the Perlmutter Cancer Centers Lung Cancer Center. You will be the day-to-day patient-facing administrative contact, supporting project planning, data analysis, and report preparation under supervision of the Manager of Operational Initiatives.

Responsibilities include scheduling, follow-up management, and coordinating seminars and meetings, with liaison to Radiology and Faculty Group Practice.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of related office experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments, prior authorizations, and follow-up care for screened patients.
• Provides project support and maintains data for reports and meetings.
• Prepares regulatory and other project-related documents and reports.
• Collaborates with Lung Cancer Center leadership and staff to coordinate activities.
• Ensures service standards are incorporated into daily duties.
