Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Field Operations analytics professional to design and implement scalable programs supporting client relationship models across mass affluent to ultra-high-net-worth segments.

You will collaborate with Sales, Technology, and Operations to gather requirements, develop automation using Power Automate/Power Apps, and deliver executive‑level insights for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years relevant experience.
• 3+ years analytics, strategy, and/or data science preferred.
• 3+ years coding in SQL, Python; experience with data analysis.
• Financial services experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement scalable, automated solutions for Practice Assignment and Branch Information Change processes.
• Assist with strategic initiatives, including project tracking, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and status updates for Practice Assignment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technology, and Operations to gather requirements and align initiatives.
• Synthesize findings into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reporting, data validation, ETL support, and analytics process improvements.
• Conduct analyses to answer questions on practice assignment, sales effectiveness, and operations performance.
• Draft clear requirements docs to guide development and delivery.
• Build and support automation and low-code solutions to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
• Partner with technology and data teams to leverage modern data architectures and cloud databases.
