Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years relevant experience.
• 3+ years in analytics, strategy, and/or data science preferred.
• 3+ years of coding (SQL, Python) preferred.
• Financial Services experience preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement scalable solutions for Practice Assignment and Branch Information Change.
• Assist with project tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination for Practice Assignment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technology, and Operations to gather requirements and align initiatives.
• Produce executive-ready materials with clear insights and recommendations.
• Develop recurring and ad-hoc reporting, data validation, ETL support, and analytics process improvement.
• Perform analyses to answer key business questions about practice assignment and sales effectiveness.
• Draft clear requirements documentation for development and delivery.
• Build and support automation using low-code tools to reduce manual effort.
