• 6 years of experience in payer, hospital system, or care delivery industry
• Experience influencing change in complex organizational systems

Responsibilities

• Lead or support strategic initiatives across the Enterprise.
• Participate in development of strategic plans for the Enterprise and key business units.
• Support the team in identifying, clarifying, and resolving complex issues critical to the initiative's success.
• Help ensure alignment of initiatives with the overall strategy.
• Develop standard analytics and processes to use in leading initiatives.
• Help shape the culture and skill set of the organization.
