Responsibilities

• Lead or support key strategic initiatives across the Enterprise.
• Participate in development of strategic plans for Enterprise and business units.
• Support identification and resolution of complex issues critical to initiatives.
• Identify initiative impacts and ensure alignment with overall strategy.
• Help develop analytics and processes for leading initiatives.
• Contribute to shaping culture and skill development within the organization.
