Bachem Americas is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Manager in Torrance to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives within the President's Office. You will drive enterprise projects, partner with senior leaders, and prepare business cases and recommendations to improve operational performance and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years’ experience in business strategy and program/project management.
• 3+ years’ experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from initiation through completion with defined scope, timelines, milestones, KPIs, governance, and deliverables.
• Prepare business cases, leadership briefings, analyses, and recommendations for the President and regional leadership.
• Support regional project portfolio management in alignment with the Global EPMO, including intake, prioritization, tracking, and risk management.
• Prepare executive-level materials, reports, and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
• Design and facilitate portfolio management board meetings and planning workshops.
• Conduct financial, operational, and scenario analyses to quantify business impact.
