Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, SCM, Operations, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in management consulting, strategic initiatives, project management, or related disciplines.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience in business cases and executive recommendations.
• Project management experience: planning, execution, risk management, impact.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including executive presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• PMP/Lean Six Sigma or related certification.
• Experience building KPI dashboards and executive reporting using Power BI/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of strategic initiatives by turning objectives into actionable plans with accountability across stakeholders.
• Establish governance, cadence, KPI dashboards, and reporting to track performance.
• Analyze opportunities for cost reductions, productivity, inventory optimization, and process improvements.
• Develop executive-level business cases, recommendations, and status updates for leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive accountability, identify risks, and plan mitigations.
• Identify and implement tech, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops and reviews to align priorities and drive change.
