  • Serve as the execution leader for strategic initiatives by converting high-level objectives into actionable workplans, establishing accountability across stakeholders.
  • Establish governance processes, operating cadences, KPI dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor initiative performance.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify opportunities for and drive decisions around cost reduction, productivity improvement, inventory optimization, and process enhancement.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, recommendations, and status updates for senior leadership.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive accountability and identify risks, dependencies, resource needs, and mitigation plans.
  • Help identify and implement technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder reviews to align priorities, accelerate decision-making, and drive change management.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.

  • Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, execution, risk management, and measurable business impact.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a matrixed organizational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
