Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Senior Analyst to support the Treasury organization with technology solutions and process improvements. The role involves analyzing business needs, coordinating projects from planning to implementation, and working with Finance, IT and Operations to drive efficiency and effective outcomes.

You will contribute to strategic initiatives, mentor junior staff, and help ensure successful project results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED.
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience.
• Experience: 7+ years.

Responsibilities

• Conducts analyses to support operational and strategic decisions within Treasury and Finance.
• Participates in the design and deployment of technology-enabled improvements.
• Coordinates projects from planning through implementation, tracking milestones and risks.
• Investigates business challenges, identifies root causes, and proposes corrective actions.
• Supports strategic Treasury initiatives with cross-functional collaboration.
• Engages stakeholders across Finance, IT and Operations to align requirements.
