AbbVie Inc. seeks a Manager, Strategic Initiatives to bridge strategy with data-driven decision making.

You will oversee cross-functional initiatives, develop executive-ready narratives, and deliver integrated dashboards and scorecards that connect portfolio, funding, and execution for leaders across CDO, R&D, Finance, HR, and Procurement. You will promote standardized analytics, train users, gather feedback, and refine solutions to meet evolving needs, enabling informed portfolio and resource

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, information systems, engineering, life sciences, finance, operations or a related field.
• Typically 3+ years in pharma development, business ops, analytics, strategy or portfolio management.
• Ability to structure problems and create scalable solutions in ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports or BI products using Power BI or Excel.

Aufgaben

• Translate complex portfolio, workforce, financial, resource, and operational data into clear insights for leaders to prioritize work and allocate resources.
• Develop and maintain integrated dashboards, reporting tools, scorecards, and analytical views; improve data quality and governance across source systems.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and adoption.
• Automate recurring reporting and streamline workflows to improve data accessibility and tool usage (Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Monday.com).
