Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Public Health, or related field.
Advanced degree preferred (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MD, MPH, or equivalent).
Minimum 10 years of experience in analytics, strategic planning, market research, business intelligence, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including leading teams or complex matrix work.
Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights and presenting effective recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consulting, or life sciences environments.
Leadership in international environments, preferably across Europe and intercontinental markets.
Experience with benchmarking, capability assessment, and advanced analytics methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead development of integrated Medical Affairs analytics frameworks and performance models.
Transform medical, scientific, operational, and engagement data into actionable insights.
Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and capability gaps through analytics.
Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Global and Regional Medical Affairs leadership.
Drive AI-enabled analytics, predictive models, and decision-support capabilities.
Coach and develop a team to ensure high-quality delivery across the function.
