Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in Strategic Planning or related business/healthcare work.
• 2 years of consulting experience (internal or external).
• Preferred: 6 years in payer, hospital system, or care delivery.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proven influencing and teamwork abilities.
• Basic project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support key strategic initiatives across Enterprise.
• Participate in development of strategic plans for Enterprise and key units.
• Support identifying and resolving complex issues critical to initiatives.
• Help ensure alignment of initiatives with overall strategy.
• Assist in developing analytics and processes for initiatives.
• Contribute to shaping the organization's culture and skill set.
