• Develop strategic plans for the Enterprise and key business units.
• Identify and resolve complex issues critical to initiative success.
• Identify initiative impacts to ensure alignment with overall strategy.
• Develop standard analytics and processes for leading initiatives.
• Shape organizational culture and skill development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
