Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required.
• 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning or related healthcare/business work.
• 2 years of consulting experience (external or internal).
• Master’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 6 years of experience in payer, hospital system, or care delivery industry preferred.
• Experience influencing change in complex organizational systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support key strategic initiatives across Enterprise. Role varies by initiative, including leadership, problem solving, data analysis, and project management.
• Participate in development of strategic plans for the Enterprise and key business units.
• Support team in identifying, clarifying, and resolving complex issues critical to initiative success.
• Support identifying initiative impacts to ensure alignment with overall strategy.
• Help develop standard analytics and processes for leading strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to shaping the culture and skill set of the organization.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
