Prudential Financial, Inc. is seeking a Business Initiatives & Insights Manager to lead global strategic initiatives within Real Estate. You will drive operating efficiencies, manage vendors, and partner with Technology to deliver modern, scalable information systems.

The role focuses on aligning business and functional areas to improve automation, client/employee experiences, and risk management while supporting growth of PGIM Real Estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years in PM or management consulting in financial services; real estate investment mgmt preferred.
• Technologically savvy with MS tools; data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and ability to influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for global strategic initiatives within Real Estate.
• Provide discipline to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope; manage docs and agendas.
• Create high-quality presentations to articulate strategy and drive decisions.
• Build stakeholder relationships and resolve issues across functions.
• Deliver actionable insights to inform business decisions.
• Support engagement through transparent communication and training.
• Understand data sources; improve data flows and systems infrastructure.
• Partner with Tech to define requirements and manage implementations.
