Job summary

PGIM Real Estate is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics to shape how analytics, automation and decision-making are embedded across the investment lifecycle. The role partners with investment, portfolio, asset and operating teams to identify high-impact opportunities and drive adoption.

The role requires strong business judgment, enterprise thinking, and the ability to align diverse teams around common priorities. This hybrid position is based in Newark, NJ, or New York, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, information systems, data/analytics or related field.
• Significant experience leading data/analytics initiatives in Commercial Real Estate, investment management, or similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into prioritized roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Capture business questions and identify key decisions.
• Build analytics roadmap prioritizing use cases and datasets.
• Translate strategy into scalable information and analytics capabilities.
• Define adoption plan for data products, including training and workflows.
• Lead alignment on terminology, calculations, ownership, and definitions.
• Partner with Systems for design and delivery with clear business requirements.
• Validate data products for accuracy, usefulness, controls, performance, security and readiness.
• Measure adoption and business impact; drive value realization.
