Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Materials Manager to oversee material ordering, fulfillment, and vendor performance for its physical infrastructure. You will lead cross-functional efforts to optimize spare material supply for NPI and MP platforms, driving efficiency and cost improvements.

The role requires a strong background in supply chain leadership, program management, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or technical degree (or equivalent).
• 10+ years in supply chain fulfillment, procurement, manufacturing, inventory or service ops.
• Experience in program management and vendor/stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with SAP/Oracle/Kinaxis/BY and ERP systems.
• Experience managing ODM/OEM relationships and strategic reviews.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs across distributed teams.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders and leadership.
• Ability to identify supply risks and drive resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between ODM/OEM and Meta to manage spare material requirements for NPI and MP platforms.
• Own end-to-end spare material procurement and fulfillment with SLA adherence.
• Interact with demand planners, quality, Release to Production, sourcing, and data center ops to fulfill material needs and resolve inventory issues.
• Drive resolution for supply chain exceptions/escalations through prioritization and communications.
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers/vendors, ODM, and OEM for quarterly strategic reviews.
• Drive visibility into supplier lead times and communicate risks to data center operations.
• Highlight supply risks and implement mitigation strategies for continuity.
• Lead development and implementation of spares systems, processes, and tools to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with XFN teams to identify initiatives to optimize capabilities and scale operations.
• Define and develop materials management metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to optimize execution.
