Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Materials Manager to oversee material ordering, fulfillment, and escalation for its data center and platform needs. You will coordinate with ODM/OEM partners, demand planners, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and SLA adherence in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, science, business or related technical field.
• 10+ years in supply chain fulfillment, procurement, inventory and service operations.
• Experience in program management, vendor and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle/Kinaxis and ERP systems.
• Experience managing complex supplier/vendor relationships including ODM/OEM engagements.
• Track record leading large cross-functional programs across distributed teams.
• Strong ability to communicate supply chain status and risks to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between ODM/OEM and Meta to manage spare material requirements for NPI and MP platforms.
• Own end-to-end spare material procurement and fulfillment with adherence to SLAs.
• Collaborate with demand planners, quality, sourcing, data center ops to fulfill material needs.
• Drive resolution for supply chain exceptions through prioritization and communications.
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers, ODM, OEM; conduct quarterly SBRS.
• Provide visibility into supplier lead times and material availability to stakeholders.
• Highlight supply risks and implement mitigation strategies for continuity.
• Lead development of spares systems, processes and tools for efficiency across supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize optimization initiatives.
• Define materials management metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to support fleet availability.
