Job summary

The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) in Arkansas seeks an Enterprise Solution Architect to lead three CIS development teams, define shared patterns, reference architectures, and coding standards for a cloud-based court management system.

You will mentor architects and developers, ensure security and data governance, guide data engineering and quality testing, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
• Eight years of relevant experience including at least five years in application development or data engineering and at least two years in a solution architect/technical lead role.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain common development patterns, reference architectures, and coding standards across three CIS teams.
• Architect and review designs for conformance, integration, and testability.
• Guide data engineering, data quality, and data movement patterns.
• Define testing expectations including unit/integration/end-to-end testing and promote test-driven development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into consistent solution designs.
• Document architecture decisions and stay current with industry trends.
