Truist Financial Corporation seeks an Information Security Consultant to act as a strategic partner to privacy, cybersecurity, information security, and data protection leadership. The role blends security expertise with program management and executive engagement.

The successful candidate will support incident response, conduct threat analysis, and collaborate with senior leaders across a broad security portfolio, applying data analytics and security tools to safeguard sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional information security experience.
• Strong knowledge of data security, privacy laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in threat analysis, vulnerability testing, incident response, and forensics.

Responsabilités

• Strategic partner supporting Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Data Protection initiatives.
• Manage information security projects, programs, and processes.
• Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders in meetings with executives and regulators.
• Monitor and ensure on-schedule delivery of projects and initiatives.
• Conduct threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and coordinate incident response.
