Job summary

JCTM is seeking an Information Governance Specialist in Arlington, VA to organize, govern, and manage organizational information assets in alignment with Government standards. You will support information management, knowledge management, data stewardship, records management, content management, and governance activities.

Key responsibilities include enabling access, security, and compliance across DHS/CISA programs, supporting knowledge and data governance initiatives, and maintaining Microsoft

Qualifications

• Experience with knowledge management, content management, data management, information sharing, and electronic records management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite capabilities (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform).
• Experience supporting data governance, governance frameworks, information management, and related oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support organization, security, and maintenance of information assets in compliance with governance standards.
• Support government-approved management controls for DHS, CISA, and IOD information- and data-management programs.
• Coordinate support for Knowledge Management program and improve information accessibility and findability.
• Support Data Stewards Program and best practices in data standards, data quality, and data inventory.
• Coordinate Records Management Program and adherence to NARA, DHS, and CISA records standards.
• Support processes related to CUI, FOIA, Open Government, Open Data, Section 508 compliance, and DHS/CISA records guidance.
• Support content management and maintenance of information platforms and portals including SharePoint, CISA sites, and ServiceNow.
• Document and confirm as-is and to-be information-management processes and workflows; support approved improvements.
• Support information-management projects from initiation through closure.
