Job summary

Addison Group seeks a Director, Strategic Industry Programs in Washington, DC. This hybrid role guides industry initiatives from concept through execution, driving revenue growth, strengthening member relationships, and ensuring smooth program delivery.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional collaboration with policy, communications, and membership teams, develop and manage roadmaps, track timelines, and build strong stakeholder partnerships to launch high-impact industry programs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in business development and project management with strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong cross-functional teamwork and excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the rollout of revenue-focused roadmaps that support and expand the organization's flagship industry programs.
  • Utilize existing program tools, systems, and infrastructure to streamline onboarding for new initiatives.
  • Oversee project timelines, business tracking, and reporting for current and newly launched programs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and workflows to sustain and roll out industry programs.
  • Track and communicate pipeline progress and outreach efforts to expand program participation.
  • Set and monitor weekly priorities that support immediate goals and long-range strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to connect program initiatives with broader organizational objectives across departments.
  • Direct working group efforts, build relationships with prospective members, and drive engagement across multiple industry groups.
  • Coordinate agendas, recap notes, and deliverables for working group meetings and projects.
