Job summary

Pinterest in the United States is seeking a senior leader to manage industry associations, memberships, and speaking engagements across the U.S. and Canada.

This role partners with Sales, Marketing and Comms to deliver high-impact events, speakership opportunities, and AI-assisted research and reporting while upholding data integrity. The role requires extensive experience in integrated marketing and industry relations, plus the ability to travel for major industry events and client moments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in integrated marketing, industry relations, or event marketing.
• Experience managing industry association memberships and evaluating value.
• Experience preparing spokespeople for stage moments with briefs and talking points.
• End-to-end events delivery including sponsorships, panels, budgets and timelines.
• Strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Sales leadership.
• Experience using AI to accelerate research, briefing and reporting with quality controls.
• Willingness to travel for events and speaking engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pinterest's day-to-day contact for key industry associations, leading memberships and commitments.
• Ensure value from memberships and recommend where to deepen or exit.
• Partner with Sales leadership to ensure membership benefits translate into value.
• Inform speakership strategy and secure opportunities at key industry moments.
• Develop talking points and briefs for Pinterest events and client panels.
• Coordinate internal spokespeople with Comms for consistent messaging.
• Track and report on memberships, events investments, and speaking engagements.
