The ideal candidate has 8+ years in marketing, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and uses AI to accelerate research and planning while maintaining high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in integrated marketing, B2B marketing, product, brand or digital marketing.
• Experience leading multi-channel programs from strategy through execution.
• Strong understanding of advertisers, agencies, and sales needs.
• Experience with high-profile industry moments and partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Pinterest’s industry presence, including executive speaking opportunities and thought leadership.
• Develop programming for events and global industry tentpoles, including talking points and panels.
• Inform speakership strategy and lead execution across global tentpoles.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align on opportunities and budgets.
• Prepare internal spokespeople and executives for engagements with briefs and narratives.
• Build partnerships with clients and third-party partners to boost industry relevance.
• Manage end-to-end planning: briefs, budgets, approvals, logistics and launch readiness.
• Support measurement by defining success metrics and translating results into recaps.
• Stay ahead of trends to drive timely conversations with senior decision-makers.
• Use AI to accelerate research, briefing, planning and reporting with quality control.
