Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) with 1 years in event planning and customer service.
• Experience in career services, recruiting, or entertainment industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, Canva and social media platforms.
• Experience with CRM/job board databases is helpful.
• Interest in music business and performing arts supportive.

Responsibilities

• Engage employers, alumni and industry partners to expand job, gig, internship and fellowship opportunities.
• Oversee employer accounts, job postings, event registrations and RSVPs on Berklee Career Manager.
• Maintain talent databases and prepare talent pitch decks; coordinate with Talent Relations Ambassadors.
• Plan and logistics for major programs including Career Jam, All Access, Job and Internship Expo, showcases and auditions.
• Schedule employer info sessions, mentoring sessions, masterclasses and industry trips.
• Advise internship students and provide 1:1 career guidance on networking, resume and salary negotiation.
