You will deliver 1:1 coaching, group workshops, and partnerships with faculty to provide tailored career programming across the Berklee community. Strong communication and digital skills are essential in this vibrant, creative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience in creative industries (music, performance, design, production), recruiting, or higher education career services.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 appointments, drop-in sessions, and group workshops for specialized career guidance in music and performing arts.
• Educate students on job search strategies, resume, interviews, salary negotiation, and LinkedIn.
• Coach alumni on career transitions and opportunities, leveraging Berklee Career Manager resources.
• Lead Career Communities and collaborate with faculty to deliver tailored programming.
• Serve as Internship Advisor with course load management.
• Support major events like Career Jam, Job Expo, Industry Trips, boot camps.
