Job Description: Under the direction of the Associate Director of Career Engagement, the Career Advisor leads specialized advising within one or more of Berklee's seven Career Communities (business, composition, design, education, health/wellness, performance, production). Guiding undergraduate, graduate, and online students across the College and Conservatory, this role empowers student artists and alumni to navigate industry trends, build professional skill sets, and forge meaningful industry connections.
