Job summary

The successful candidate will manage relationships, guide industry engagement strategies, and work with the Labs, Centers and Institutes to expand experiential learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, HR, marketing, higher education, or related field.
• Minimum of five years related professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate partnerships with diverse constituencies.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with technology (MS Office, Google Suite) and social media.

Responsibilities

• Own and steward relationships with employers and community partners.
• Coordinate and execute employer and alumni events on campus and in the community.
• Educate students and staff on industry-specific career opportunities and job-search techniques.
• Maintain data on outcomes using Handshake, LinkedIn, and other tools.
• Guide professional development and resume writing for students.
