Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Proficiency with ERP and e-sourcing platforms (SAP Ariba, Oracle, Jaggaer) and spend analytics.

Responsibilities

• Category Strategy: Build and execute long-term sourcing roadmaps aligned with business goals and total-cost-of-ownership (TCO) targets.
• Supplier Negotiations: Lead contract lifecycles, RFx events, and e-auctions to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Risk & Performance Management: Track supplier KPIs and mitigate disruptions through alternative sourcing.
