APPLIED Adhesives in the United States is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager – Industrial Components to build and lead our strategic sourcing capability. Initially an individual contributor, you’ll establish processes, standards, governance, and tools to mature sourcing into a scalable business function.

You will develop category strategies, lead supplier negotiations, and partner with Purchasing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and more to translate

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply management.
• Proven ownership of category strategies and supplier negotiations.
• Experience with complex contracts and cross-functional initiatives.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to travel up to 15%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop category strategies aligned with objectives and priorities.
• Lead RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and supplier selection.
• Manage negotiations and contract templates.
• Improve supplier governance and reduce risk.
• Partner with functions across the business.
• Build sourcing dashboards and reporting.
