Job summary

Safran in California seeks an experienced Planning Supervisor to lead aftermarket spares planning, scheduling, and inventory management. You will drive KPI performance, mentor a team, and ensure data accuracy for financial reporting and customer satisfaction.

This role requires 7+ years in planning within aerospace or related manufacturing, BS/BA, and APICS CPIM or ISM certifications preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive planning, scheduling and inventory management experience in aerospace, automotive or mechanical manufacturing with leadership exposure.
• BS/BA degree required from an accredited university.
• APICS CPIM and/or ISM certifications preferred.
• Fluent English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of spares planners in the aerospace aftermarket division.
• Drive and implement strategies for planning, scheduling, inventory and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee KPI performance, queue management, and daily planning execution.
• Maintain data integrity in business systems to support financial reporting and customer satisfaction.
