Dillon Supply Company in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Industrial Business Development Manager to accelerate growth within core industrial customer segments and lead strategic market development across high‑value verticals.

You will coach sales teams, build executive‑level relationships, and drive revenue growth through value‑added programs, safety and efficiency initiatives, and vendor‑managed solutions.

Formación

• 5–7+ years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably with large multi‑facility manufacturing accounts.
• Proven ability to develop new business while expanding revenue within established accounts.
• Strong track record selling value‑added programs and technical solutions.
• Experience coaching sales teams in enterprise selling and account strategy.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing procurement and industrial operations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify strategic industrial customer segments and develop vertical‑specific growth plans.
• Grow revenue in existing accounts and secure new industrial clients with executive sponsorship.
• Implement value‑added programs emphasizing safety, efficiency, and vendor‑managed solutions.
