Shield AI is seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in Dallas. This full-time role manages a diverse portfolio of indirect procurement categories—including facilities, IT hardware and software, and engineering equipment—to support fast-paced, mission-driven operations.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Facilities, and IT, negotiate terms with suppliers, maintain ERP records (Deltek Costpoint), and help drive cost efficiencies while ensuring

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing focusing on indirect categories.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume transactional work.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems (Deltek Costpoint preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and manage purchase orders for indirect spend categories, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Facilities, and IT to source goods meeting cost and quality targets.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times to achieve optimal value.
• Maintain ERP records in Deltek Costpoint, including supplier data and delivery schedules.
• Support supplier qualification and onboarding for indirect vendors and compliance.
• Forecast indirect procurement needs and identify process/cost improvements.
• Collaborate with finance to reconcile invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Support standardized procurement processes and best practices.
